‘Ninety as the spring’Bojun Liu finguring ink art exhibition will be held on three o’clock,  Sept. 25 , 2014 and last to Sept. 29, in the Poly Art Museum at six floor of the new Poly building, which was sponsored by the Poly Art Center, Kunming Yuansheng cultural property exchange, Beijing Dongfang Yonghe international copyright center, Chengdu Guangkun Culture Communication Co.Ltd, and cooperated with Beijing Xuanru Art Cci Capital Ltd.

Bojun Liu(1921-), born in Xuanhan of Sichuan, Chinese freehand flower and bird painter, good at painting with figures. He graduated from the Huangzhou National Art College in 1947 as a disciple of Tianshou Pan, Fuzhi Wu, Fengmian Lin, Keran Li, Leshan Zhu professor and was the bare foot brother of Guanzhong Wu, Wuji Zhao, Dequn Zhu etc.

He mainly worked on the freehand flowers and birds painting, especially gained the basic characters from Tianshou Pan. He is known as the first person on figuring painting today. In 1947, Tianshou Pan held Tianshou Pan’s Student --- Young Artist Bojun Liu Works Exhibition with his individual name, which was the only time in his own name for the student exhibition.

The opening day of the exhibition coincides with the his 93 years old birthday. Beijing Poly Art Center held an exhibition on behalf of the highest artistic level of more than 50 pieces of works. This exhibition will fully display the profound attainments of figuring painting, flower and bird peculiar appearance and color ink Danqing momentum of this legendary old man.
