Works of Art into the Bonded Area without Customs

Recently, the national foreign cultural trade base（Beijing）and the cultural bonded of BeijingTianzhu park officially opened. Foreign cultural trade can also enjoy the preferential policy of free proof of exemption, free trade, bonded, duty-free in free trade zone. It will vigorously promote China’s cultural trade development.

The cultural bonded park currently has the gem, art, film, design trade and warehousing logistics as five major regional centers. To support trade base development, Beijing customs will be the implementation of the “first into the area, after the declaration” policy. Beijing entry exit inspection and quarantine bureau implement the scene “immediately check, immediately release” examination and release mode, the “one-station” services and the and 24 hours×7 days booking service as a facilitation measure. In addition, the government of Shunyi District, Tianzhu comprehensive protection zone also relaxes restrictions on the applicable conditions and subsidies the industrial investment funds, equity investment fund in the base according to the actually paid capital.
